Publisher identity

Reviscio is a study platform for secondary-school and university students. It turns notes, textbooks and past papers into practice: adaptive quizzes, spaced flashcards, full exam simulations, and a tutor that explains the step you got wrong.

The public site is a publisher surface — blog posts and subject guides you can read without an account — while the signed-in app is the interactive coach. Visitors and reviewers should find original written content first, not an empty dashboard.

Why we built it

Most revision tools stop at recall — you make cards, you flip cards, and you hope it transfers to the exam. The gap students feel is between knowing a fact and performing under timed, marked, multi-part exam conditions.

Reviscio was built around that gap: every quiz feeds a mistake journal, every mistake feeds targeted remediation, and the exam simulation rehearses the real thing — sections, timing, sources, diagrams and all.

We keep the core free because the students who most need structured practice are often the least able to pay for it. Optional subscriptions and merchandise fund hosting and model costs.

How our content is made

Public study guides and blog articles are written and edited by our team, informed by widely-replicated learning-science findings such as the spacing effect, retrieval practice and interleaving.

We describe those findings qualitatively rather than quoting numbers we cannot source. We do not publish invented statistics, fabricated quotes or fake reviews. Every guide is written for a specific exam context, not spun from a keyword. Claims that cannot be supported are cut rather than softened.

AI is used inside the product to generate personalised practice from your topics and notes. Public articles remain human-written and human-edited, and pages are revised when specifications, advice or product behaviour change.

How we fund the free core

Optional Pro subscriptions, merchandise, and limited advertising on public editorial pages (blog, study guides, Why Reviscio, About) fund hosting and model costs.

Ads never appear inside active quizzes, exam simulations, tutor chat or generating screens. Under-13 accounts never see AdSense. Advertising never changes what our guides recommend.
